Bang Pae Waterfall

Bang Pae waterfall is the biggest waterfall in Phuket. It is 18 meters high and has a deep natural pool where you can swim. From the parking lot there is a dirt and stone track of moderate difficulty leading to the waterfall. Along the track there are other pools where you can swim. The area is surrounded by beautiful jungle landscape. In the neighborhood here is a gibbon monkeys reserve and you can hear the sound of the monkeys. As the waterfall does not run dry at any time of the year, you can visit it anytime. Open from 8 to 16 and there is an entry fee to Bang Pae national park. Best time to visit is rainy season from May to December.
